Brand New.
 
Easy to change:
Remove the two screws in the top of the plastic trim in front of the gauges.
Lower steering wheel and remove plastic trim.
Remove 3 screws holding the instrument cluster.
Unplug electrical plugs from rear and gently pull out the instrument cluster.
Turn bulbs 90 degrees anticlockwise to remove.
Installation is the reverse of the above.
Test before fully reinstalling.
