Returns and Refunds

RETURNS & REFUNDS
At RAW Car Parts we always try to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that there are times when you do need to return an item.
If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return your item to us.
We are happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 14 days of receiving.

Please note:

We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred for the installation of a product as a result of a claim.

For this reason, we urge customers to check the item over and report any issues within 14 days even if you do not intend to fit the part, it is important to check the product meets your expectations, quality and vehicle compatibility.

Do not arrange work on your vehicle until you have done this.
Once a product has been installed it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

If when you're vehicle is disassembled to install a new part, the part does not fit or there is a quality issue with the part, please contact us prior to reassembly so we can issue a sound replacement.

If there is a quality issue with the new part(s), please do not reassemble using these parts.

If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange where available, within 14 days of purchase unless a longer period of warranty is stated on the product listing.

We reserve the right to withhold up to 25% of the order value to cover restocking fees and costs incurred to us by the order, such as transaction fees, postage and packaging costs and web page fee's.


You can return your item at a cost by courier or by post to our mail order warehouse.
Please follow the instructions below relevant to how you received your order.


RETURN YOUR ITEM BY COURIER (ARRANGED BY US)
Return of unwanted products
We can arrange the collection using one of our couriers at a cost of £3.45.Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition and include the documentation and original packaging.
All items will be inspected before a refund is applied.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the product back.
For faulty or damaged products
We will arrange a pick-up service free of charge.
All items will be inspected before a refund is applied, If the item is not deemed faulty upon inspection you will be charged a £3.45 carriage cost.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM BY POST (ARRANGED BY YOU)
Return of any products
You (the customer) are responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty - see above) unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Service Department.
RAW Car Parts will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
To return an item by post you will need to follow the instructions on the returns label included with your order, alternatively to help us to speed up your refund, please follow the steps below, it is very important to enclose the following information with your parcel to enable us to start processing your return within 24 hours of receipt.
Please ensure you state your original order number, which can be found on the order confirmation email you received when placing your order.
Without it, your refund could be delayed.
Clearly state the product code, quantity, and reason for return.
Return your order to: RAW Car Parts, Gannow Hill, Welsh Frankton, Whittington, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 4NX, UK.
Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund.
We recommend that your select a suitable postage method that insures you for the value of the item(s) being returned.
Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.


EXCHANGES
If you change your mind or find you have chosen the wrong product, we are more than happy to exchange it. We can exchange a product up to 14 days after purchase as long as it meets the conditions of our returns policy.

 

CANCELLATION
We may be able to cancel your order depending on the product and service that has been selected.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the details of your order once it has been submitted.
If there is important information missing from a delivery address, such as house number or post code, we may be able to pass this information to the courier prior to them delivering your parcel.
Unfortunately, once your order has been received and entered into the delivery process, we are unable to cancel your order. You can refuse delivery of the product, or you can accept delivery and then arrange a return.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL
For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 14 days after the day you received all goods/services from us.
To exercise the right to cancel email customer services via the contact form, or write to us at RAW Car Parts, Gannow Hill, Welsh Frankton, Whittington, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 4NX to inform us.
We will need your Order number, and contact information.
You must send the goods back to us, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order.
We shall aim to refund you within 14 days from such date or earlier if acceptable proof of delivery is provided.
Note, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary deliveries such as Same Day, Next Day, Super Saver deliveries).
Please take reasonable care of the goods as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

Should your item have not been received within 15 working days from purchase, please contact us to arrange refund or replacement via the contact form, or write to us at RAW Car Parts, Gannow Hill, Welsh Frankton, Whittington, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 4NX to inform us.We will need your Order number, and contact information.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Any claim is subject to a maximum of the total order amount.

We are not liable for any labour costs or vehicle storage fees.

DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS

Please note that directors and shareholders of RAW Car Parts Ltd are not personally liable for any claims.
